Developing "Ideal" Letters of Credit

GRSC assists in customizing standard L/C drafts to ensure that the letters of credit received by you are in your best business interests.

Scrutiny of Credits

GRSC reviews documentary credits to ensure that they are negotiable and are in line with the sales contract and as per the agreed guidelines.

Transport Documents

GRSC interacts with external agencies, like freight forwarders, vendors and your internal departments, to ensure that transport documents are credit compliant.

Preparation of Documents

Documents (except third party documents) are prepared using our, time tested software. In addition, our ISO certified process involves a system of double checking to help eliminate errors. This results in the creation of credit compliant documents and faster turn-around time.

Presentation of Completed Documents

Once all documentation has been completed, GRSC submits documents to our preferred bank or any negotiating bank of your choice for negotiation. We can submit documents on your behalf or forward the documents to you for banking, depending on the scope of services, outlined in the contract.

Result oriented reporting and web-support

You can log on, from a web-browser to our secure "Customer log in" area to see the status of your transactions (requires set-up). Otherwise, GRSC shall send you reports highlighting the status of your documents.
